Connecting Turvo and NetSuite
How do we connect Turvo to NetSuite so invoices stop going out late?
Late invoices are usually a missing POD or a customer record that lives in two places, not a Turvo problem. Connect the two systems so the invoice leaves the moment the paperwork is in, and give someone an exception queue for the rest.
ASSUMEDWe assumed a brokerage or 3PL on Turvo with finance in NetSuite.
Your stack, as you described it
Where people are the glue
- Invoices re-keyed into NetSuite
- Someone chases PODs by email
Three ways through
- Use what you haveOften enough
Turvo's native accounting export may already match your GL. Check the customer master first: if sales creates customers in Turvo and finance creates them in NetSuite, no connector fixes that.
- ConnectWhat we'd do
A two-way sync of customers, carriers, invoices and carrier bills, with an exception queue for missing PODs and rate mismatches, watched every day.
- BuildOnly if it's your edge
Only if billing itself is a product you sell to customers, as some 3PLs do. For a brokerage, no.
What happens next
- We count days from delivery to invoice, by customer, from your own data.
- The Diagnostic prices the fix and the cash it frees.
- Connect usually starts with invoices, then carrier bills.
